The Challenge
Bavarian Capital is a high-end car dealership in Singapore operating in an extremely crowded market.
With dozens of competitors selling similar cars at similar prices, it was difficult for them to stand out or build trust.
Most buyers simply compared price and photos on listing platforms — making it hard for Bavarian Capital to justify their value, and hard for sellers to see why they should list their cars with them.
The Solution
We shifted the brand from “just another dealer” to a trusted automotive authority using strategic short-form content.
On Instagram and TikTok, we created:
Car review videos explaining what makes each model special and why it’s worth buying
Deep-dive features showing specs, driving feel, ownership considerations, and hidden strengths
Seller-focused videos demonstrating how video visibility reaches far more buyers than static photos
Content that established the team as knowledgeable, transparent, and trustworthy
This helped potential buyers understand why a particular car was a great purchase — and helped sellers see the value of listing with a dealer who could market their car better than anyone else.
The Result
60% of the cars featured in our videos were sold through social media enquiries alone.
The content positioned Bavarian Capital as a market leader in the luxury car resale space.
More high-end car owners began approaching them to sell their cars, significantly increasing inventory quality and volume.
