The Challenge
Carlogy was a completely new concept — a cross-border car storage and sourcing service helping Singaporeans buy and store cars in Malaysia.
From January to December, they had no customers, no operational facility, and nothing tangible to showcase because the storage site was still being built.
With no product to demonstrate and no social proof, it was difficult to attract early interest or prove the legitimacy of the service.
The Solution
We built their audience before the business launched.
Through a mix of car community content and educational videos, we:
Explained how buying cars in Malaysia works
Highlighted cost advantages compared to Singapore
Addressed common fears, misconceptions, and FAQs
Positioned Carlogy as credible experts in cross-border car ownership
Built trust with driving enthusiasts long before the facility opened
By consistently engaging the community, we created a strong pipeline of leads — even without showing the physical facility.
The Result
When Carlogy officially launched in July, they already had a backlog of ready customers.
Within 4 months, they were selling cars every week.
Their main storage facility quickly reached near capacity.
A new revenue stream was created as they began sourcing and selling cars, not just storing them.
