The Challenge

Pitcrew is Singapore’s market leader in B2B automotive events, running road trips, static roadshows, and launches for brands like BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, Kia, and Honda.

But when they expanded into public road trips (B2C), they struggled to get paid sign-ups.

Being a premium events company, their prices appeared “too expensive” compared to casual self-drive trips — and the general public didn’t understand the value of safety crews, convoy training, or luxury experiences behind the scenes.

The Solution

We built a content strategy that made their premium pricing make sense.
Over several months, we filmed their road trips end-to-end to show:

  • How each drive is executed with safety, planning, and expert support crews

  • The luxury experience behind the scenes — hotels, routes, logistics, convoy control

  • The personalities of the Pitcrew team, creating relatability and trust

  • Car reviews and car-culture content to engage enthusiasts and build authority

This shifted public perception from “expensive” to “I finally get why it costs more — and it’s worth it.”

The Result

Their first public road trip sold out within one week, with zero ad spend, driven purely by organic content.

  • Pitcrew’s videos also built a second revenue stream: they are now recognised as car influencers and are paid by brands for car reviews.

  • The brand strengthened its authority, becoming a trusted name not only in B2B automotive events but also in the automotive content space.
